Hello all. I know we’re all longing for the return to normalcy. Even with this virus, our clients depend on us to help them. Fortunately, insurance companies have been open with their staff working remotely from home. We have been open and working with the insurance carriers to settle cases and ensure weekly benefits and payment of medical bills for our clients.
With masks and gloves, our office looks more like a hospital than a law office, but we’re getting the job done. I’m very proud of the efforts by our office to answer all calls and respond to our client’s questions and concerns. Our client was driving through an intersection with a green light when another vehicle—driving in the opposite direction—attempted to make a left-hand turn. The at-fault driver turned directly in the path of our client’s vehicle as she drove through the intersection. The two cars collided, causing significant damage to both cars and serious injury to our client.
