In June of 2016 this client injured his knee on the job. He sought medical atteniotn and was out of work for a short while. When his Employer's workers' compensation insurance company refused to pay his medical bills and disabiliy payments, he hired Attorney Pappas.
Attorney Pappas filed an Employee's Claim for Benefits. Prior to the case getting before a judge, Attorney Pappas was able to negotiate a settlement that paid all the injured worker's medical bills and all the disability benefits he was entitled to.
